So last year I made the new year’s resolution to bake one new pie a month. And I did. And it was delicious. But time marches on, and some things must change and grow… Don’t worry, I’ll still be baking pies, (and still posting drool worthy pictures and descriptions) but I’ll also be working on new projects.
This year it will be bread. I will bake one new loaf of bread at least once a month… and probably (hopefully) even more frequently than that. The bread machine I got for christmas might have something to do with this….
Anyways, this is ricotta cheese bread. Slightly sweet, and very moist and spongy. This is the bread my mother made in her bread machine that made me say “For christmas, I want a bread machine!”
