So I’m aware that this photo sucks, but my priority is generally towards *eating* the pie, and if conditions aren’t great for a photo, well then, I’m going to eat it anyways. :-P
This is a cherry pie with a tender cream cheese crust. It was pretty delicious, but honestly not as good as the previous cherry pie. I think it was just a bit too rich and sweet, what with the cream cheese, and sugar etc. The recipe also recommended a bit of peach schnapps thrown in, which was delicious! But also just added to the sweetness.
